Copy my logo properly into a design program and convert into SVG and other formats

What I am looking for is someone who can take the logo I have designed and make it properly and accurately to the sample within a graphics design program, then save it as an SVG and other usable file types so it is usable for my website, business card, large display signs, clothing etc...
The font is a true style font, and I have purchased a commercial licence to use this font for my business, so everything is legal and above board. I have attached the font file as well as the primary logo and the logo symbol which should enable someone with the right abilities and skill set to undertake this task effectively.
