Convert word doc to professional newsletter

We have a docx file completely done with articles and images. we need to have made look like a professional newsletter with stylings and something that could be handed out at a large company. We expect professional looking design incorporated with our logo and color scheme. If it is not professional enough to be sent to a printer and be handed out at a large company, we will not pay, release escrow, so make sure your abilities are more than just a hobbiest.
