Convert vector letters to working OTF file.

I am currently looking to find someone who has experience using an illustrator file with designed vector letters to make an OpenType font. These letters, glyphs, and numbers created are individual vectors and we are looking to be able to use them to type instead of taking them individually to build words. The kerning would need specific adjustments , so prior knowledge with accent typography is a MUST!.

Included to create this single OTF file
Total Glyphs: 95
Uppercase letters (26)
Numerical characters 0-9 (10)
Punctuation (42)
Special glyphs (17)
If you have experience with and would like to create this OTF for me, please write in the title: Gaming OTF
and also link previous experience in vectors to OTF.
