Convert existing presentation (PDF format), and create a new presentation/brochure from that

I have a presentation in PDF format I need recreated in PPT with our new branding, adding professionalism to it, making it look really really good. The presentation includes writing which needs to be improved and sanitized, it includes pictures which need re-cropping to look more professional, some wording removed, graphs and tables that need to be remade and made professional, and just whatever else that can be done to make it look great. Need someone with good judgement and a good eye for what is and isn't professional.
