Convert Website Content into an Ebook

I am in the process of publishing my website content into a 20-25-page ebook format - to publish in Amazon and sell. I am seeking a freelancer who can efficiently accomplish this. Here are the specifics:
- The Purpose: The ebook is intended for publishing and selling purposes.
- The Design: The ebook should not replicate my website exactly but it should maintain a similar design aesthetic adapted for an ebook format.
- Essential Elements: The ebook should include the text content and images from my website, along with my contact information. The website to use is at citynation.com.
The major part of the book, is for the you to organize and arrange the content to give the ebook the flow of a story that leads to a conclusion.
The ebook to be written as a Sales Instrument, building a sales presentation whereby the reader at the end, jumps up and shouts with amazing.
