Convert a PSD file to allow for printing CMYK+spot (Indesign)

This is my own design, but I cannot covert to the CMYK+spot color. It needs to be redone in Indesign
I have the existing card - it needs to be redesigned exactly like this in InDesign as I need to add a spot color for printing (gold). See the file descitprionts in the PDF
