Convert PNG Logo to SVG

I need a precise SVG conversion of my colored PNG logo, one with the exact same coloring, the other with the pink / red hue at the lower right removed and replaced with the teal-type colors. The SVGs must match the PNG exactly.

Requirements:
- Convert one PNG logo into two SVG files
- The variation should be based on original colors, the other an exact representation of the original coloring
- Maintain exact design as the PNG
