Convert PDF Forms to JotForms & implement Jotforms AI Agents x 4

To convert PDF forms on pilotbodycorp.com.au to Jotforms and implement the Jotforms AI Agents for certain forms (x 4).

2) Key/Fob/Remote order - Convert PDF to New Jotform (We do not currently take payment on this form yet) - NO AI AGENT

3) Architectural Variance Request - Convert PDF to New Jotform and provide upload field for PDF/Doc/Image documents. - IMPLEMENT AI AGENT

4) Proxy - Convert PDF to New Jotform (modify the HOA Proxy Form template to suit our PDF). - IMPLEMENT AI AGENT
