Convert Laser Etched Photos to SVG

I have a series of photos showing laser-etched numbers, fraction numbers, and one simple logo carved into a 3D surface. I need each etched element reproduced as a clean, precise SVG that can be scaled, edited, and sent straight to fabrication.
