Convert JPEG graphic to Visio line drawing

Several JPEG files need to be converted to Visio line drawings such as are used by patent offices (e.g., USPTO). They depict the interior of a vacuum tube. I would like to send one of them as an example to execute. The attached file is only an example, not for execution.
