Convert Illustration to Vector Image

I have an image that needs to be redrawn as a vector image. It's an illustration, and the primary use for the vector version will be print materials.

The final deliverable should be in EPS format.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Proven experience in vector illustration
- Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator or similar software
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the vector image closely resembles the original illustration.
