Convert A5 Calendar to Digital

I have an A5 calendar print file (208 singel pages / 104 double pages) that I want converted into a digital format. The digital calendar should be compatible with apps like Evernote, Apple Calendar, and Reminders App. I have a few specific requirements for this project, which are as follows:
- Features: The digital calendar should be able to sync with Evernote, be compatible with Apple Calendar, and integrate with the Reminders App.
- Functionality: The calendar should have the ability to set reminders, provide an option for recurring events, and support multiple calendars.
- of course, the digital calendar should be linked and have the necessary sidetaps
- Design: Should be taken from my print file of the printed version of the existing A5 calendar. Adjustments made where necessary. I prefer a clean and minimalistic design based on my print calendar for the digital calendar.

Document preparation: the document is well prepared (text and layout)
Inserting the hyperlinks: For 208 pages, inserting the hyperlinks could take about 3-8 hours, depending on the number of links per page.
Finalising and checking: A further 1-2 hours may be required for checking and any corrections.

On average, it could take about 6-14 hours to create a digital calendar with hyperlinks as a PDF from a 208-page print file. If special customisations or additional features are required, this may take more time.
The ideal freelancer for this project should be proficient in PDF with hyperlinks, calendar app development, have experience with app integrations, and excellent design skills to create a clean and minimalist look.
