We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented freelancer to develop a monthly content calendar for our fragrance brand, FragBar — a modern fragrance house offering Extrait de Parfum, Wardrobe Mists, Room & Linen Sprays, and curated gift sets.
The goal is to create a structured, strategic monthly plan that aligns with our brand’s tone — luxurious, minimal, modern, and emotionally engaging — and drives engagement, storytelling, and sales across multiple channels.
Scope of Work:
Develop a 4-week content calendar (with potential for monthly renewal) covering:
Instagram (posts, Reels, Stories)
TikTok (short-form videos)
Email campaigns (subject line, preview text, key message)
Blog posts (SEO-friendly topics & outlines)
Product launches or promotional campaigns (e.g., gift bag restocks, seasonal sales)
Each week should include:
Themed ideas (education, storytelling, sales, or lifestyle)
Specific post titles or hooks
Suggested visuals or concepts
Matching captions or talking points
Hashtag suggestions
Email & blog integration ideas
Deliverable: A Google Sheets / Notion / Canva Planner layout (we’re flexible) showing day-by-day plans for the month.
Ideal Freelancer:
Has experience creating content calendars for beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
Understands luxury tone of voice and storytelling through scent
Familiar with social media trends (Instagram, TikTok)
Basic understanding of email marketing & blogging for SEO
