Consulting Brochure

An internal team at one of Australia's small specialist insurers would like to develop a short brochure of pamphlet highlighting the consulting services of it's risk engineers. I'd like to see some samples to help me identify the copy I need to provide you.

Basically, it would have:
Title of the Team;
List of services with brief description of each;
Images of the team and short quotes/bios (for 3 members);
Highilght 'what's in it for me/customer for engaging in these services;
Call to action.

I will provide:
Copy (one we determine your template and how much copy you need;
A brand and style guide.
Images of the team;

I'm looking for a patient graphic designer to guide me with your template for a sell sheet on consulting services.
