Conference Graphic Assets
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Scope of Work
You’ll work closely with our communications team to produce branded graphic assets including:
YouTube covers for panel recordings
Zoom skins / virtual backgrounds for live sessions
Instagram and WhatsApp flyers for each panel and speaker
Speaker cards with bios, headshots, and event info
Homepage banners and conference graphics for our site (Elementor on WordPress)
Sponsorship graphics for promotional decks and email campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop
Strong portfolio of clean, professional, and modern design work
Experience designing for conferences, livestreams, or public affairs preferred
Familiarity with African and diaspora aesthetics a plus
Responsive communication and ability to turn assets around quickly
Ability to follow a visual brand kit (colors, logos, font hierarchy)
