Concrete Construction Bid Proposal Design

Job ID: 39488084

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

We are hiring a document layout expert to build a fully formatted, professional Google Docs proposal using our finalized structure and sample text. This is for a high-end construction company, and the result will be used as a boilerplate for $500k–$3M shell construction contracts.

IMPORTANT: The final files must be delivered as Google Docs and Google Sheets only. No Word, Canva, PDF, or InDesign files will be accepted. Layout must be natively built in Google Workspace.

---

DELIVERABLES:

- A complete, fully formatted Google Docs proposal
- A linked or embedded Google Sheets draw/payment schedule
- Image placeholders placed throughout the document (with labels and spacing already formatted)
- Final files must be editable, printable, and exportable by our internal team via Google Drive

---

YOU WILL BE PROVIDED:

- The full final text for each section (you will paste this in)
- Section ordering and page structure
- Instructions on how to group smaller sections on one page
- Labeled image placeholders to match layout
- Branding colors and logo

---

IMAGE STRATEGY:

Designer should include image placeholders throughout the document:

- Project photos (Page 8)
- Process visuals (Page 6)
- Optional MEP coordination or site setup visuals (Page 4)
- Team headshots (Page 7)
- Final sign-off image (Page 9)

We will provide the images later, but layout must allow for easy insertion (labeled placeholders like “Insert project photo here”). These images should be sized and spaced with intent.

---

FORMATTING REQUIREMENTS:

- Must use Google Docs styles (H1, H2, H3, Normal text)
- Font suggestions: Roboto, Open Sans, or clean modern sans-serif only
- Use consistent margins, padding, spacing
- Tables, bullets, callout boxes — all in native Google Docs
- Draw schedule must be formatted in Google Sheets and visually polished

---

TO APPLY:

- Show 1–2 samples of formatted multi-page Google Docs proposals or brochures
- Confirm you will only use Google Docs and Google Sheets (no external design software)
- Confirm your ability to work from provided text, placeholder labels, and spacing instructions
- Bonus: Experience working with proposals, pitch decks, or construction documents

This is a high-end, visual proposal that will be used to help close seven-figure contracts. We are not looking for flashy design — just polished layout, trust-building visuals, and professional structure.

Below is redacted sample text for all sections of the proposal. This is to demonstrate the approximate content length and style expected in the final layout. All identifying names, scope details, and project specifics have been removed for confidentiality.

This sample should be used to guide formatting, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
