Conceptual Designs for Medical Office Building

I'm looking for someone to a design a medical office building. The building is roughly 2,200 square feet, and essentially a rectangal. Pictures and dimensions will be provided to the person hired. You must have knowledge of architecture, design, and be able to produce creative renderings. I will ask for samples and collegiate degrees during interviews. It's a small project and won't take an artist long.
