Conceptual Designer Needed

Hey there! Happy New Year! Here's my idea: I want to take vintage luxury watches and give them a new face with a fully customized strap and even interventions to the body of the watch as well. Looking into hiring( per project ) a designer able to make drawings/designs with an imagination towards luxury materials and craftsmanship. If you feel that this is for you let me know!
