Comprehensive US-wide Renters Platform
Budget: $750 – $3,000 USD
A simple platform similar to Zillow but for renters all over the US (Need UI/UX design too - Figma):
1. User can make a listing, delete a listing or modify a listing. (Like to recoupmyrent.com)
2. The user can boost their listing to be #1 listing on the platform and for the local area, it’ll show “Boost listing” with a blue star maybe next to it and then after they pay using Stripe, it adds boost credits (stars) to their account and they use those credits to boost their listing.
3. Another cool feature which is very simple, they can use the boost credits on their account to ask AI (OpenAI API for this or whatever is better) to help them generate a good description and name for the listing since people become lazy lol, AI can help them list their rental.
4. User can modify their own account, we could integrate Clerk for the login and registration maybe, to keep it simple.
5. After the renting landlord has left their contact details, the user after emailing them or texting them, there’s an option that’s says “I left a message”, all it does is notify the landlord that the user has tried contacting them and it’ll show which user it is, so this way the landlord knows to check their personal email or #.
6. Very clean user friendly UI of course :)
Quote me on how much this would cost, the project’s concept is quite simple in terms of what needs to be done, if you can make some recommendations too it would be nice, so far the tech stack could be NextJS / React, TSX, For database whatever you think is best, recommend me it, Firebase or Mongo or PostgreSQL, Clerk maybe for login , Stripe and OpenAI API or maybe another API.
