Project Description:
We are looking for a talented designer to create a complete firm stationery package for our accounting practice, Trinity Accounting Practice. All deliverables must be supplied in:
• Editable Word format (for future modifications)
• Print-ready PDF format (for professional printing)

The stationery package includes the following items:

Corporate Stationery Essentials

✔️ Letterhead (A4 size, print & digital versions)
✔️ Business Cards (front & back, standard size)
✔️ Email Signature (HTML format, including logo, contact details & social media links)
✔️ With Compliments Slip
✔️ Envelopes (DL, C4, and C5 sizes with logo & return address)



Marketing & Client Forms

✔️ Invoice Template (Xero-compatible & editable PDF)
✔️ Quote Template (editable PDF & Word format)

✔️ Proposal/Engagement Letter Template
✔️ Client Information Form (fillable PDF)
✔️ Tax Return Checklist (branded document)



Office & Internal Branding

✔️ Presentation Folder (A4 folder with pocket & business card slot)
✔️ Notepad / Memo Pad (branded A4 & A5 versions)


Project Requirements:
1. All designs must be professional, modern, and aligned with our brand identity.
2. All files must be delivered in both:
• Editable Word format for internal use and modifications
• Print-ready PDF format for professional printing
3. The email signature must be HTML-based and compatible with Outlook & Gmail.
4. Business cards must be standard size (front & back).
5. Invoice & quote templates must be Xero-compatible.
6. All branding elements (logo, fonts, and color codes) will be provided.

Ideal Freelancer:
