Comprehensive Graphic Design Project

I'm in need of a talented graphic designer who can handle a variety of tasks. These include designing a logo, working on brand identity, and creating print designs. Additionally, I'm interested in having social media posts and small videos created. The primary goal of these design projects is to increase customer engagement. As far as color preferences go, I'm open to all suggestions and look forward to seeing what you propose. Ideal candidates must have prior experience in all the mentioned areas of design and must be able to express creativity while maintaining brand consistency.
