Comprehensive Consumer Brand Kit Creation

I'm looking for someone to create a brand kit for my company, the project will also go a little beyond a brand kit as I also require a added visiting card design.
The brand kit must contain a logo (multiple versions) (high quality assets) (vector designs), a visiting card design, brand initials, colour palette, typography and a favicon for my brand.
I would like to wrap up this project within a week, I'll need the designer to sign a NDA, the project shouldn't be displayed publicly.
