Complex Background Image Editing for Stickers

I need an object (a radiating pattern of lines with tech objects in them) removed from a white background, leaving a transparent area for sticker production where the radiating lines are. Currently the radiating lines are in different colors and are not clearly solid due to multiple versions of editing to show a holographic effect. The final image should be in PSD format. Only the lines should be removed and transparent, the image will be printed on a holographic sticker which will show these through to the holographic background.
