Complete web build

We are looking for a company that will help finalise a complete build. We have all concepts ready, logos, banners, slogans. We have a prototype static html of the site for you to work from.
This site has many working parts that heavily rely on security and cloud based storage.
We are looking for a company that can take the lead and use their initiative to build the site into and fully functioning page.
At this stage we are looking for quotes, the time frame isn't yet determined.

This project will run from the designs off our existing prototype so most designs are in place. There is allot of conceptual ideas that at the moment are fictional and we need to determine if these ideas can be made into a reality.
