Complete Design of Flyers, Menu paper, Menu for TV and Flash TV presentation

Required skills include high level Photoshop, illustrator and some type of Flash for the TV and Social Media ads.
For the menu - we have the current menu but its all over the place. We got another menu that is more decent but I just do not have the time to create it. You will need to get and add the required images. The design is for an Indian restaurant
