Compile a Bioethics Textbook from a Script Used for Class Presentations
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to help compile a bioethics textbook from a script I've created for class presentations. The script is broken into 1.5 hour class presentations each of which is about 50 pages of 1.5x spaced print. There are 25+ classes with script.
I also have images and other materials that should be included in the book. I need the book in both PDF and MS word formats.It has extensive citations which are currently free text. I have copies of all the cited materials that can be used.
This project requires an attention to detail, the ability to organize the content visually, and the technical knowledge of how to make both a PDF and MS Word book look professional. Ideally, the freelancer I select will have more than just the technical knowledge to make the book look good but also be able to artistically compose an aesthetically pleasing layout with the provided resources.
The goal for the text is to be used as a college textbook for a course I teach. I would be open to publishing for a larger audience, but getting it to my class would be a major win. I am open to design and content suggestions as I want this book to wow my audience.
