Company rebranding, brand toolkit & logo update

I am after help with a company rebrand project. I am looking to update our current logo whilst updating logos for various subsectors within the organisation also- I am also after some help to come up with some branding guidelines/Toolkit. I am also after templates that can be used within our new branding guidelines, letterheads etc. Along with this I ideally need additional help with Linkedin banners etc es and ideally want the project completed within 7-14 days. I have existing logos which I will provide you with and I want a more modern refreshed version of. Any animated versions of our logo would also be helpful however open to having this out as a separate project.

I need a versatile designer who is able to refresh the existing Logo and design and make it more modern whilst retaining the feel of the current logo/design.
