Company profile & client list brochure design

We need smart brochure design for our company's profile and client list. The company profile will be a separate brochure and the client list will be another brochure. We will later print the brochure so we would need the .ai files of the designs and other related files. The bidder needs to show us multiple templates and we will choose the designs from those. The bidder needs to be willing design and redesign till we are satisfied with the product.
