Company logo design

I have purchased a basic design for a company logo that I would like to use for my plumbing business. I would either like the logo to be altered to have my business name on there or potentially a new design made using a similar style of logo.
I would like the logo to be used on invoice and quotation letterheads, a business card design and a email signature.
