IT Company Document Template Design

I'm looking for a professional to create a document template for my IT company. The template should be tailored to fit the colour scheme of our logo and include the following:
- A cover page
- A consistent header on every page that includes our company logo
- A consistent footer on every page that includes the page number and document name
- Included with correct formatting of Tables and Colours, and Headers and body text.
Ideal skills for this project include graphic design, familiarity with corporate branding, and proficiency in document design software. Experience in creating templates for corporate IT companies will be a plus. Please ensure the design is clean, professional, and in line with typical IT industry standards.
