Community Initiative Billboard Design

I'm seeking a creative billboard designer to help promote a community initiative targeting the horrific owners of the Pittsburgh Pirates MLB team. The billboard is intended to be an embarrassment campaign to call the attention to change needed.

Key Requirements:
-Pittsburgh Pirates style font
- Design should not violate any copyright or trademarks
- Needs to be eye popping
-Needs to call out Bob Nutting
- Understanding of billboard design constraints
