Commercial Career Pathway Infographic

I'm seeking a skilled infographic designer to create a visual representation of our internal commercial career pathway. The infographic will consist of six levels, each with two to three role options. It's important to reflect that it's possible to move up and sideways, and sometimes back down again, not just up.

Design requirements:
- Flat design style
- Office building representation with an elevator or stairs
- Role names as office name plates
- Corporate colors

Additional elements:
- Company logo
- Role-related icons
