E-Commerce Web Design With Reviews

I’m looking for a web designer who can build a clean, responsive e-commerce site focused on showcasing products and collecting customer feedback.
My top priority is a well-structured product review feature that lets shoppers leave ratings and comments and lets me moderate them easily from the admin area.

Core objectives
• Design a modern storefront (home, category, product, and contact pages).
• Implement a review section on every product page, with star ratings and comment moderation.
• Provide an intuitive dashboard where I can add or edit products, approve or reject reviews, and track basic analytics.
• Ensure mobile-first performance and SEO-friendly code so pages load quickly and rank well.

Nice-to-have (flexible)
If you have experience with shopping cart flows or payment gateway integration, let me know—I may add these in a second phase.

Tech notes
I’m open to Shopify, WooCommerce, custom PHP, or another platform you recommend, as long as it stays lightweight and easy to maintain.
