Colorful App Interface + Login Design using Figma

I am looking for an ui expert interface designer who can design a vibrant and colorful application Home Screen. I would like to create three screens: a flash screen, a sign-in screen, and a home screen. Only 3 screens.
Design Requirements:
- Flash Screen: Needs to be energetic and eye-catching.
- Sign-In Screen: Should be intuitive and user-friendly.
- Home Screen: Should have a quick access menu and a user profile, app summary and others. Must be eye-catchy and vibrant and engaging screen.
Desired Skills and Experience:
