Color scheme and layout design for an app and a bit more

I need a color scheme and layout design for an app as well as an icon library that can be used for the app that goes well with the design. This is about the whole coloring, background, buttons, shape of buttons, fonts etc. I don't need each individual window but a design that can be implemented for them.
