Coffee Bag Printed design & Sticker design for our individual blend names

I need a creative and skilled designer to bring my coffee brand to life through compelling packaging and sticker designs. This project will encompass the design of the front, back, and side gussets of our coffee bags, as well as separate stickers/labels for blend names and tasting notes. Based on our brief.

We are an Australian e-commerce coffee bean seller. We pride ourselves on our great tasting and quality beans, but also have two cause that we will be donating a portion of a profits to. Mental health Australia and Psychedelic assisted therapies within Australia.
We will launch with 4 blends across two different sizes 250 gram bags and 1 kg bags.
We will use the same base design for all blends and the two bag sizes.
We will use 4 x different stickers with different colors for each blend.
We are after the following:
Package design for coffee bag/s using the dielines for both the 1kg and 250 gram- to be provided in editable format incase we need to change wording or add details.
Sticker /label basic design in place of it being a permanent fixture ofn the bag print – to be for the blend name, tasting notes and describe if the bag contains, whole beans or ground. across 4 different colors, to be editable for us to add the main details, just add generic information at this stage.
Showing a mock up of the label sitting on the bag will be beneficial.
Our thoughts are to have the bag in only black and white and the label then in color, the information provided is our vision but with yourself being the professional we are open to some interpretation and adjustments based on your skill set if you think it may be a better fit.

**Key Elements for Coffee Bag Design:**
- Incorporation of our brand logo prominently on the front.
- Design should be in black and white for the bag.

**Sticker/Label Design:**
- Stickers for the blend name and tasting notes.
- Use of single bold colors for each sticker.

**Information to Include on Coffee Bag:**
- Brand logo, blend name, and tasting notes must be visible and attractive.

**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Strong portfolio in packaging design, especially in the food and beverage sector.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
- Ability to work with mockups and briefs to bring a vision to life.
- Excellent communication skills to ensure our brand vision is understood and well-represented.
