Coffee Bag Artwork

I own a small, private label coffee company. Currently, we used labels with designs on our bags, however, we want screen printed custom designs for the future bags. I have 3 logo designs I have created myself, however, I would like to hire an artist to take my current designs and make them much better and more custom, as I am not the greatest artist. I would like this artist to stick with the current logo format, however, put their own artist twist and talent to the work. Attached, you will see my 3 logos that ive designed. Thank you.
