C-Coach Logo Vectorisation

C-COACH
Logo Vectorisation — Freelancer Project Brief
Complete asset set: five variants across three file formats
Background
C-Coach is a human competence system used by organisations. We have existing logo files in SVG format, but these files contain embedded raster (PNG) images rather than true vector paths. They cannot scale without quality loss and are not suitable for professional use at large sizes or in print.
We need a skilled vector illustrator to redraw these logos from scratch as clean, native SVG files built entirely from vector paths, with no embedded bitmaps. This is a precise technical and craft task, not a creative redesign brief.
Reference Files We Will Provide
We will supply two existing logo files at project start. These are for visual reference only — the deliverable must be a clean rebuild, not a trace or auto-conversion:
• Logo_C-Coach_H_Green_C_Blue.svg — horizontal logo, green C, blue logotype
• LOGO_C-Coach_Transparent_Background.svg — logo on transparent background
The logo consists of a stylised C letterform incorporating a heart device, followed by the logotype 'C-Coach'. Please study these carefully before beginning work.
Brand Colour Palette
All variants must use only the following colours. No gradients, shadows, or additional colours are permitted:
• Teal — #079296
• Deep navy — #064265
• Near-black — #0A1A26
• White — #FFFFFF (for reversed variants only)
Variants Required — Overview
Five logo variants are required. Each uses a different colour combination to serve a specific channel or background context. The table below summarises the full set:
Variant Heart colour Name colour Background use
1 — Primary Teal #079296 Navy #064265 White / light backgrounds
2 — All Teal Teal #079296 Teal #079296 Mid-tone or photographic
3 — All Navy Navy #064265 Navy #064265 White / off-white documents
4 — All White White #FFFFFF White #FFFFFF Dark navy / near-black backgrounds
5 — Icon Only Teal #079296 N/A — icon only Compact placements, favicon, app icon
Variants — Detail
Variant 1 Primary Logo — Teal Heart, Navy Name
The main C-Coach logo. The C letterform and heart device are rendered in teal (#079296). The logotype 'C-Coach' is rendered in deep navy (#064265). Transparent background. This is the lead logo and must be executed with the greatest precision — all other variants derive from this one.
Used for: Websites, documents, proposals, letterheads, light-background presentations
Variant 2 All Teal — Teal Heart, Teal Name
The complete horizontal logo rendered entirely in teal (#079296) as a single flat colour. Both the C heart device and the logotype are the same teal. Transparent background.
Used for: Use on mid-tone backgrounds or photographic contexts where navy does not provide sufficient contrast
Variant 3 All Navy — Navy Heart, Navy Name
The complete horizontal logo rendered entirely in deep navy (#064265) as a single flat colour. Transparent background.
Used for: Use on white or off-white document backgrounds where a more restrained, formal appearance is needed
Variant 4 All White — White Heart, White Name
The complete horizontal logo rendered entirely in white (#FFFFFF). Transparent background. This variant is used exclusively on dark backgrounds — navy (#064265) or near-black (#0A1A26) — and must read clearly against those colours.
Used for: Dark presentation covers, section divider slides, dark-field LinkedIn cards, any navy or near-black background
Variant 5 Standalone Icon — Heart C Mark Only
The C letterform and heart device only, without the logotype 'C-Coach'. Rendered in teal (#079296). This is a standalone icon, not a cropped version of the full logo — the proportions and visual weight should be considered independently for compact contexts. Transparent background. We are open to a considered interpretation of how the C and heart relate within the icon frame, provided it remains architecturally clean and stays strictly within the brand palette.
Used for: Compact placements, presentation corner marks, website favicon, app icon, social media profile image
File Formats Required
Each of the five variants must be delivered in three formats, giving fifteen files in total:
• SVG — native vector, no embedded images or raster elements, fully scalable
• PNG at 2000px wide — transparent background, high resolution for print and large-format digital use
• PNG at 500px wide — transparent background, optimised for web and document use
Total deliverables: 15 files (5 variants x 3 formats each).
Technical Requirements
• SVG files must be built from native vector paths only. No embedded PNGs, JPEGs, or raster data of any kind.
• Files must open and render correctly in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and standard web browsers.
• All logotype text must be converted to outlined paths, not live editable type. This ensures consistent rendering regardless of the viewer's software.
• SVG code should be clean and well-structured with no redundant elements or unnecessary metadata.
• Transparent background on all files. No white fill or background rectangle.
• The proportions, spacing, and visual weight of the existing logo must be preserved faithfully in Variants 1 through 4.
• Colour values must match the brand hex codes precisely. Please verify using a colour picker against the delivered files before submission.
• All SVG files will be tested by opening in a standard web browser and zooming to 400%. Files must render with perfectly clean, sharp edges at this scale. Any softness, pixelation, or artefacting will indicate embedded raster content and the file will be returned.
What We Do Not Want
• Auto-traced or converted versions of the existing raster files. These produce messy paths and are not acceptable as professional vector work.
• Creative redesign of the logo shape, proportions, or letter spacing.
• Decorative additions: drop shadows, gradients, glows, or embellishments not present in the original.
• Any colours outside the four approved brand values listed above.
• Live text or embedded fonts in any SVG output.
Who We Are Looking For
We need a freelancer with demonstrable experience in clean logo vectorisation and professional brand asset production. When applying please share examples of vector rebuilds or logo redraw work specifically — not original logo design concepts, as these are different skills.
Accuracy, clean SVG file structure, and precise colour matching are the priorities. We are not looking for interpretation or creative input on Variants 1 through 4. Variant 5 allows some considered craft in how the icon is composed.
Timeline and Delivery
This is a contained, well-specified project. We expect:
• First proof of Variants 1 and 4 (primary and white reversed) within three working days of project start, for approval before proceeding
• All five variants complete and delivered within ten working days of project start
We will provide one round of consolidated feedback before final delivery. All files to be submitted via the Freelancer platform.
