Client Presentation Sheet Designs

I'm seeking a talented graphic designer to create branded, professional-looking sheets for our client presentation folders. Great Lakes Design Build is a home building company, and these sheets will explain our business, building process, and client expectations.

I want to incorporate some of my work in photos on the sheets. I attached photos of my work.

I attached a PDF of the text. each page is each sheet. I need my logo on each sheet as well. I attached it below.

We have all the text ready; we just need a clean, elegant layout that matches our brand and website.
