Client Interaction Guide: PDF Design

As an IT company, we've found the need to produce a 'Welcome to Our Company' PDF document for new clients. This document is aimed at guiding them on how to interact with us. The attached "employee onboarding guide" is the document style we would like created for our company, Hansen Gress. The other document is a really really empty rough draft of what we would like included!
Key Points:
- **Content**: The PDF should contain a comprehensive introduction about us. This should include but is not limited to, our team with their photos, our products and services, and how to contact us.
- **Design**: The document needs to be visually appealing. It should utilize our company's logo and colors.
- **Usability**: One of the main purposes of this document is to guide new clients. It should be clear and easy to understand.
- **Interactive Features**: As this is a PDF document, it won't be interactive in the traditional sense. However, any suggestions you have to make it more engaging and interactive-like are welcome.
