Cleaning contract

I need a simple document made for my construction business. The document is in relation to the on site cleaning requirements of the tradesmen. Needs to mention that whilst the tradesmen work they need to keep the site tidy and remove their rubbish (put it on the site bin or builders cage) and also upon completion of their work they need to remove all rubbish to the site bin or builders cage. If the tradesmen do not remove their rubbish they will be charged a cleaning fee.
I'm fine with a simple document.
