Classified Website for Singles

I'm seeking a developer to create a classified website specifically designed for singles. This platform will not merely function as a classifieds site, but also facilitate various interactions and connections among its users. A person on the front page will be presented with a logo and a search bar. The search bar will consist of a series of fields. State and
category.
- Users should be able to create a basic profiles. Persons will read a classified add and then
respond writting to the individual using snail mail. The website will focus on people living in
the United States and each person will be required to have a United States Postal Address
as well as a Gmail account.

- An event planning component is also required. This will enable users to plan and attend events together, fostering offline interactions. This feature will be made avliable in the future. The feature will include
calandar of events and making flight arrangements.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong web development skills, with a portfolio of similar projects. - Experience in creating interactive and user-friendly platforms.- Knowledge of implementing secure and private messaging systems.
- Ability to integrate event planning features into the site. Person should have five years experience
in PHP and Laravel.
Experience in developing online matchmaking platforms would be a distinct advantage. I am looking for a freelancer who can not only deliver a functional site, but also ensure it is engaging and easy to navigate for users.
