Clarify and simplify an engineering infographic

I will be meeting with an award jury at the end of the month and need to have an existing infographic simplified, prettified, and made more comprehensible. I also have a whiteboard that explains the project that needs upscaling. Eventually a website front page for the concept derived from the infographic. Medical and technical background would be very useful.
