Christmas sale

Creating a 2 page (double sided) Christmas promotional leaflet that's going to be delivered door to door at start of November. We're a newsagent so one page promoting our home delivery service, middle pages promoting our Christmas items that are going to be discounted, and the last page with possibly stationary products on offer. Project will need to be started from scratch with images etc having to be downloaded from open source tools. It's a village setting so the design needs to be kept classy and elegant if possible but at the same time stand out for the readers.
