Christmas e-card

E-card design with the picture which won the Christmas Card competition in the local school. We would like the winner's pic to appear on the main page and the runners' up pictures to appear in a small print underneath. It is a card from the Member of Parliament so it would need to have the Portcullis logo on it too. I also attached the card from previous year for wording and info on the card.
