Christmas Parade T Shirt

I am with our local chamber of commerce. This is the first year that we are hosting a lighted Christmas parade. I need to a t shirt that appeals to young and old, a like. I would prefer a design that we could simply change the color pallet to florescent for our volunteer parade workers. Our county's colors are red, black and grey. Our mascot is a pirate. And it is our bicentennial year so I would like to work in our 200th birthday also. I've attached a Christmas tree design that I've worked on but I've hit a block on completing the design.
