Christian witnessing design for shirts

I have to have someone who is versed in the Christian faith. I am using this as a witnessing tool to reach the lost and it has to be spot on, no generic. We are talking about someone’s salvation . My vision is to have a shirt design with a trout that you can change the color layout to accommodate each states color ie. Tennessee orange, Alabama crimson tide, Georgia red , ect. The caption would read ( Fishers Of Men) it’s not just a day trip. I am open to other ideas the designer may have. This project does not have an open ended time line and I would have to have a ballpark idea of cost before proceeding. Mainly the designer has to have a heart for the lost and willing to put their heart in this and not treat it as just another project. We are talking about somebody’s salvation and where they are going to spend eternity.
