Christian Clothing Co. needing a graphic designer for custom designs to print on t-shirts

I need t-shirt designs for a Christian Co. In California. I want to show the Power and Beauty of God's work thru pictures. I need a designer who can take a picture I send them with a saying(slogan) and is able to modify the picture so that it will blend into the t-shirt when printed as if it is part of the shirt. I don't want it to look like a picture printed on a t-shirt. I want the picture to flow into the color of the shirt like it was air sprayed on, brushed on, or torn jaggedly into the shirt, whether the shirt is navy, light blue, brown, gray, black, or even white. The designer can use their discretion on placement of saying and type of fonts. Up to 3 revisions is Ok. If I like their work I'll definitely use them for more designs.
