Children's Paper Craft Kit Designer

We are a small UK-based company that designs, manufactures and sells small children’s craft kits, mostly through Amazon.com. We pride ourselves in making life easier for parents and so we design and create easy-to-finish crafts that both the kids and parents will love. We want mum or dad to be able to put their feet up while the little one busies themself.
We are looking for a talented and creative children's crafter who can come up with ideas for a kit of 20 themed paper and card crafts, design them in Adobe Illustrator print and test them, so they are ready to manufacture.
The crafts are aimed at American and British kids aged 3-10 and could be made from paper, card, clay, foam, wood, a combination of these materials, or something else. The crafts must be original and innovative, fun to do, simple enough to complete without (much) adult help, and offer the kids something to play with or display once they finish them. Typical products could be a DIY cardboard Bird feeder, a selection of paper bag and paper plate puppets, or a bumble bee card tube, assembled with not much more than a glue stick.
We anticipate that the project will take up to a month to complete. Further fun work will likely be available, based on performance. So come and join us for this fun project!
