Chief Petty Officer/ Military Aviation/ MV22

I'm looking for a talented designer who can bring my t-shirt concept to life. The design should be abstract and appealing, using a mix of colors - although I am open to your suggestions on the best color palette. Key Elements Needed: - Incorporation of 'Chief Petty Officer', 'Deckplate' and 'MV-22 Osprey Aviation' themes - Unique, abstract style - Bold and eye-catching design Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven experience in abstract t-shirt design - Strong understanding of color theory - Knowledge or interest in aviation would be a plus, but not necessary Your creative input will be valued in this job, as long as it aligns with the elements listed above. Please include examples of your previous abstract design work in your proposal. I have attached my Idea for the front logo and my command logo along with chief anchors and what a MV-22 looks like along with an aircraft Carrier. Any ideas are welcome.
